As for me, I'm getting both 2K9 and NBA Live '09 this year. I think that both games will have something to offer fans this year.

EA didn't do much with 06 but with 07 they were showing off the differences between the PS2 versions and the new version, also all that footplanting tech and stuff.

Maybe 2K will give fans something more to go on than just a "glimpse." I'm thinking that the Association mode and gameplay will be improved even more. I think that they've improved the game's graphics. The player models look better.

those were prerenders from the 30 second commercial.
I dont even know what youre talking about. The 30 second commercial only featured KG. Found a proof before talking next time.

I thought this thread was focusing on the new screens which featured Kobe, Perkins, Iverson and T-Mac and not on the pre-rendered pics released last month.

Well, looks like 2K9 is shaping up to be a great game. Thank goodness they improved the Association mode. Seems like both NBA Live '09 and 2K9 will be awesome. Can't wait!

It will be interesting how Player DNA will be in 2K9. I'm thinking it'll probably be similar to NBA Live '09.
