I Followed the tutorials but to no avail!!!

i'm trying to create a custom player

so I followed the two tutorials, one Custom potrait tutorial on wiki and the other iG®'s CF tutorial:

but i cant see anything in game. just that the faceless potrait is now substituted by nothing, its empty!

I guess i did everything, extracting the plyrptrs.viv to importing the .png into the FshX and changing the .ebo with Hex Editor and the remaining .apt and .const files i changed their names. -->no potraits :shock:

I made my CF. imported it using FshX and changing the name to match my player. i also changed the players.dbf under columns "DELETED", "ISCREATED", "ISHISTORIC", "ISGENERATE", "INSEASON", "ISPLAYOFF", "ISORIGSS" to false.

please help! :cry:

Did you also update the PLAYERPKG so that your player would use the new portrait file?

yeah i did! that's why im stucked. eg i named my player james blake
so its JABLAKE. correct?

Is portrait file called plyrprts~JABLAKE ?

yeah i copied the file name here: plyrprts~JABLAKE.big

in the sgsm folder right
