How do I patch rosters for NBA Live 08 PC?

I downloaded a roster file and it has heaps of those dbf files.
Where do I put them?

If the roster update consists of individual dbf files, they need to be placed in the saves folder.

This is going to sound really really stupid...but...what is the saves folder called in the NBA Live 2008 folder? 
I have done a search and everything for it, can't see any saved games or anything.
