1. With great shot-animation.
2. - 25% Fancy dunk
- 25% Fancy passes
- 50% Realism

As a beta-tester : [I tried only the AIACT and the animation files]
Pros :
- Extreme realism but with a little combination of fancy dunks/passes. [superb! This is what I'm waiting for the last 2 months! You've done it bro (Y) !]
- Team set plays in the most realistic way.
- Fast break bug is clearly fixed.
- More 3pts from CPU.
- Great post up defense/offense.

Cons :
- Sometimes, PG tends too stay in and out the shaded area for some reason just to get some foul or turn it over.

For the other patch included like roster and such. I didn't try them because I don't have time.

Okay, just one game for test (sorry but the RR6 grab my time... ;) ):
New York (CPU) - Toronto (Albys):
6min/Q, Level:superstar, all Kris patch integrated in RR6 beta (season 2007-08)

Problem: Too many TO for Marbury, 2-3 ball very stupid.
Bad NY defense, but i think this depend by team, the real Knicks defense is very shit. :D

Good things:
- improved 2pt shots, now is perfect.
- good shot distribution
- team play realistic
- no fast break problem.
- great arc passing and also occasional fancy pass (i use latest animation files, with Jao Sming update)


I think you need fix the problem of PG, for the rest this patch is great!

Thanks for sending me your beta Kris. In this beta I see some great improvements, but overally there still is room for progress. ;) Here is my story(I don't have other word) -

First of all I used all your files(roster, settings, aiact, databases etc). I pick Cleveland and I play against Spurs. In first 5 minutes I really sometimes don't understand what my oponent is doing. All things were so fast, Parker run like a rocket, 3 passes and shot. Damn Warriors are playing slower... way too fast for me(I like realistic game, not arcade). I decrease game speed to 40, but still 3-4 passes only some seconds from shot clock were used. Then I quit my game. And then I tryed to use Alby's gameplay settings + Realistic roster v.5.5. Results were better, a lot better, I got a lot more realism, but cpu still used only some seconds from shot clock. No fun for me, so I started another game. And it was completely different game.

I pick Pistons against Magic. This game was really enyoyable and very realistic. I love the team plays for Pistons, really like in real life. Great work! Can't say the same for Magic team plays, I would like to see more shots from Hovard(he had only 13 points) and from Turkoglu also. Also great defense from CPU, it was really difficult to score.

Thinks which really need to fix in future gameplay updates(if possible of course) -

CPU's offense. It's too fast bro. Currently there some fast passes and then shot. Need more dribble. I would love to see more post play from PF's and C's. It should be great if they got a ball, then make some post moves and then make a pass or shot. Currently there are too many guards and SF play. If PF or C get a ball, they shot. A lot of times there are only guards play. It should be great if CPU will use all players in offense. You know shot clock is 24 seconds, not 10. Currently guards dominate a lot. Nice to see PG's domination is gone, but for now SG's and SF's shot a ball to often. I don't want a lot more shots from post players, I want to see them pass the ball also. They need to get a ball in every offense, not only sometimes when they are open.

Cpu's defense. I don't think there will need more work. Defense from CPU is really good for now. It's nice to see that lazy defense from CPU is finally gone.

The major thing is that CPU need to use a lot more shot clock. Hope you can fix it.

Kris, I dl'd your AIACT, used your normal stuff with your rosters and played a 12 minute game on superstar with your rosters and sliders.

Blazers vs. Spurs.

Those photos are not doctored in any way, shape, or form. Now I'm not the best Live player, by far, but dude. Holy shit. 58 POINTS!!!!!!! 58!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I added the last photo because this perplexed me. Those are James Jones's shots in the 4th qtr. He has a FG rating of 83 and a 3PT rating of 90. Most of his shots were wide open in a hot spot, and yet he posted a gigantic goose egg in the 4th. Please tell me how this happened, I beg you.

As far as the AI goes....not bad at all. Lots and lots of passing but there were still multiple occasions where the PG took it coast to coast. Vaughn did a good job of walking it up the court most of the time but when Parker had it he constantly raced up the floor. The CPU did a good job of not passing up an open shot, and usually it resulted in a made FG. I had several dunks blocked. They constantly jumped in front of and intercepted passes.

A couple of interesting things I noticed while playing. I drove the lane with Roy and took a shot. He got stuck in his animation and never released the ball and came back down. Didn't get called for traveling. On another occasion, Duncan dribbled the ball in the low post, both feet in the paint, and never moved for 20 seconds before finally kicking it out to Ginobli. Didn't get called for any type of 3 second violation.

Anyways, that's my 2 cents. Guess I'll be kickin it on Starter until I get better :wink: And sorry for the gigantic photos, I kept resizing them on the host but they just wouldn't get smaller here.

Sir Kris, i've use your Patch, but when we are playing with Multiplayer. We can't play the game because there is a CODE BASE ERROR (See the screenshot). I hope this will be fix, thank you.
