Armband Accessory Help

When i use the Realroster Pack, I can select an accessory band for my upper elbow. Now when i installed a default nbalive, there is no selection for this accessory. What specific patch to have that accessory located at the upper elbow without installing RR Pack?

You'll want Glen's bicep accessory fix. It's available in his release thread.
