Well, as the title says, how often..

.. do you play basketball ?
.. do you work out at all ?
.. you do exercises ?
.. and so on.


For myself, I play basketball everyday ( if the weather isn't bad ). I mostly ride like 8 km's to court and play with my friends, that's what we do over one day ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday etc.. ). I have a rim ( a little higher than 10 feet ) at home too, so I play there everyday when I don't go playing with my friends. That's what I do in the summer.

During the school and the season, I go to fitness gym twice a week, and same goes with basketball training. In the weekends, I also play at home if the weather is alright. Though, that's what I did last year, this year I'll probably go to fitness gym 3 times a week and basketball twice ( + at home ).

Sorry mods for the double post but I forgot to answer my how often questions...

-- Played basketball alot as a kid but I can't find the motivation anymore now that i'm older and with more responsibility on my shoulders

-- Work out twice a day at home because it spares me having to go to the gym. I only go to the gym to bulk up....push ups and crunches are good home work outs to maintain.

-- I play video games quite often...gotta make time for that.

-- Still love surfing the web...do so alot more when i'm on vacation from work like I am now.
