how i can put the arm sleeves to a created or an existing player please tell me what i need

It can also be done through DBF editing but Glen's fix is much more convenient.

Try deleting the "plrdetails.fsh" from your sgsm.

Maybe try downloading 1x sweat patch. I don't have the link - but it's somewhere in here for sure.
