OG, he meant BLUR TOOL, the one in the same box as the sharpen tool.

He's got this big ass edge around his eyebrows, that's why you need to blur it or feather it

Some suggestions:
make forehead 20% shorter, and make eyes & eyebrows a LOT closer, chin can be slightly longer, maybe search for better pic to update eye texture, hmm and skintone is a bit light. Keep it up bros, its very good overall, he's not easy to make

The sides are still to rough bro OG try to smudge it or try to use the feather tool to erase those rough edges so that it will look clean anyways that is the only prob with your updates keep it up man
