I Don't Have the startup screen!

Can anybody please tell me where could i find the startup screen file bcuz mine is not working after i reinstalled the program. When you open nba08 and then the ea logo comes out to the part when arenas is holding the ball. Its not there anymore. Help me please..Thank you
