i have a problem with the draft lottery
everytime i enter the draft lottery im am the last team to pick!
how can i change that?

Try having a bad record. When you win the regular season and win the championship, you'll most likely wind up with the worst pick.
If you win like 15 games, you have a good chance to get the top pick.

The only problem is you're winning too much. Only teams that miss the Playoffs are in the Draft Lottery. You can either tank the whole season so that your record is lousy or try and trade for a lottery pick. Check which teams are doing badly and then see if they'll trade their pick. Note that this is easier said than done.
If you're playing the PC version you can always edit draft picks rather than trying to get a team to agree to a trade but that does take the challenge out of the game.

sometimes simulate your games instead of playing them. Sometimes you might have to trade a good player for a team terrible player to possible get a high pick. I did a trade with New Orleans hornets that the trade including this
New Orleans trades: Smush Parker and 1st round pick
Philadelphia 76ers : Kevin Durant ( I hated giving up Durant but he really wasn't producing on my team very well because i had Oden, Gasol, Durant, Aidan Lewis who is a cross between Kobe and Rip Hamiliton and DeMarco Stevensen who plays like Chauncey Billups. I ended up getting around 15th pick from them which isn't bad.
What I am saying is trying and see what you can get from a top team even if that means taking your 80 for a 60 and a 1st rounder.
