Is it just me or does Flip Saunders look like Al Bundy.

Kind of, if you use a bit of imagination. It helps if you're looking for the similarity. If you'd just asked which actor Flip Saunders resembles, I probably wouldn't have picked Ed O'Neill.
Any predictions for Game 4? I think if the Celtics get out to another quick start as they did in Games 1 and 3, they stand a good chance of doing the unthinkable and taking two straight games from the Pistons in Detroit. Once they build a decent lead it seems to effectively cushion them against multiple Pistons runs. Even though they faltered a bit, they managed to protect the leads they had in the two games they've won.

LOL Flip does look like bundy, but in my opinion Detriot has to get billups and Wallace going if thier going to beat Boston but if they loose tonight they can forget about it

So far it's been McDyess who's stepped up for the Pistons in Game 4. The Celtics meanwhile did the exact opposite of what was so successful in Game 3, they came out looking very sluggish while Detroit ran all over them.

Well neither played well! McDyess was a beast, & Maxiell was great off the bench.

That's the scary thing with the Pistons, they can still win with their main players having trouble contributing to the team. Just imagine if all the players that are supposed to deliver are playing at 100%. Scary.

Absolutely and that's a testament to their strength as a team, but the Celtics have also been able to win with Allen enduring the longest shooting slump of his career.

I wouldn't say that. It's just one of those things that happens, even to All-Stars from time to time.

I've heard Rip might not play Game 6
Thu May 29, 2008 7:34 pm
Now I'm watching a great series. Great game by both teams, especially Garnett's 3 banking off the board.
Allen was just superb and so his Hamilton. Both played their run-around game and got some open looks and big shots.
Stuckey fucked up the free throw, to sum Game 5 up.

good they should suspend him for grabbing onto ray allens throat. its his own damn fault he is hurt, fuck him. this guy is always crying like a little bitch but the entire game is is pulling and tugging on everyone thats near him
Fri May 30, 2008 12:18 am
It doesn't matter, Pistons will still win game six even without Rip. [/bold prediction]
Fri May 30, 2008 3:16 am
celts finally gonna win a series in 6
Fri May 30, 2008 4:04 am
Game 6 is going to come down to three things:
1. If Rip doesn't play whose going to pick up the scoring? Tayshaun will have to make and take the shots if Rip doesn't play.
2. What bench player on either side will explode? We had Maxiell in game 4 and Perkins in game 5, whoever can put the most consistant and solid game out there off the bench for either team will help enough to win.
3. Stuckey. If he can build on the performance he had last night, hitting big threes and playing good D. As long as he isnt still hung up on the free throws he missed he should be a huge factor.

I hope Rondo sets up his game with assists and steals and around 10 points always and Celtics win, though my mind tells C's don't get it, because Pistons will take the 7th game, and also win the championships with Maxiell being the MVP. I didn't have a real deja-vu though.

Am I the only one that can't make head or tail of what this guy is saying?

I'm about as big a homer as anyone on these boards, but Maxiell MVP even makes me think your an idiot.
