Face EBO wont load problem

I created some players and assigned face EBO file from other player. Now when i load the roster and go to my edit roster and view my player, most of the time these face EBO wont show. I have to reload the roster a couple of times til i can view my player using the Face EBO. Is this normal or what should i do to fix it? BTW, the face EBO file is in my sgsm folder.

it is actually a bug..just go to practice mode and you'll see the player wiht the headshape without problems..

Thanks. I thought it was my custom patched NBA that caused the problem. I just did a fresh install today and still with same problem. Yes practice mode load the EBO without problem.
