HOT SPOTS (PC)

I was wondering if there is a way to edit players hot spots?? do i need to donwload "DB Commander 2000 Pro." If so....after you download it, how do you go about editing? What would be even better is if someone creates a pattch so that in the game you can go to a player and edit the hot spots in the edit player screen. I am sure this question has been asked before, but I dont know much about computers, and have no idea how to do these things. I didn't even know you can edit a game like this. You guys are way too smart (those who come up wth these patches). by the way, looking forward to the historic teams patch they're coming up with. and the draft class patch. you guys are awesome.
