real nice job on that carter, but one thing i would suggest is that try making his face a tad lighter to match his neck color. like on the "current" face, his face looks darker than his neck, but otherwise

edit: err, scratch that. i took another look and what i meant is to change the chest area color. its brighter than his face, so try to blend the chest area a little more so that it matches his face color

Its very nice man!! But i think you can work a little bit more with kidd...make versions of him with different facial hair style...i remember him using just a moustache...things like that
