Amount of money you get for dynasty mode

Can a patch be created where the amount of money received to hire staff in dynasty mode is always the maximum?

Possibly, if we can locate where that value is stored. It's not in any of the databases as far as I can recall, if it's in franchise.dat then that makes things difficult since that isn't created until you save a Dynasty game and you can't do that before you hire staff.
