1) The face needs to be blended better

2) You need to give him a custom headshape

3) The face needs to be more detailed

What's the rush? Give it sometime and work on it. Don't let those "thirsty" for a Derrick Rose patch make you release it prematurely.

try using JR Smith's headshape(DENVER), they kinda look a like IMO..

Yes it need on both-part new creation. First in Game-load your roster and then create him, so save it and go to DB-Commander. You must make a couple of settings (players.dbf and in appearance.dbf) start your NBA Game and load your Roster.

Apart from the headshape, I think the bhed is a bit too sharpened. The colors are off (e.g. purple lips). Try to maintain the original color after sharpening the texture.

lol at the operation photos..
Good progression..but obviously the nose, the lower lips and the eyebrow need to be fixed..the nose should be wider and flatter instead of the pointy one in the preview..the eyebrow need some positioning fix as well..

I have it edited in my New Version 1.5 his nose and fixed his eyebrows and the lips a little bit in Photoshop IMO is okay so far
