NBA 2k8 shoes edit??

Hey guys!
I buy ps3 and NBA 2k8! The game is awesome, but custom mode are so terrible...
Here in my game, Iverson away shoes is random....any times is black, but other times is WHITE! This is normal?
I can't change any shoe in edit mode!
