Forced Retirement

Anyone know how to force a player into retirement, or what issues a player looks at for retirement. Its getting to the point Greg Oden is just playing for money 
, his ratings have dropped from 90 to 65 and he still going, any ideas would be appreciated. Whether it be editting .dbf or even something else thanks.

Open players.dbf file from your dynasty folder with DB Commander, find Oden's line and change his TEAM to 32. If you don't want to pay him longer, find also column CASH_TEAM and change it to 32 also.

Well I want him to 'retire' during the offseason. Like on his own, but because of me.

The easiest way would be to change his date of birth so he's around 45 years old, that should pretty much guarantee he'll retire during the upcoming offseason.
