I got a strong team, but they alwas lose.

My line up includes Duncan, Bryant, Carmelo, and some generated players... Im on year 4..I won playoff champion twice.. And I dont play the game, just simulate it up to playoffs...

Now the thing is, this season (2011) they always keep on losing.. something like 26-20, and its weird coz they're always on the top rank in previous seasons..

P.S.--the rosters are playing good, no injuries, no nothing and the line up is in the way it should be... What the fuck is wrong with my team, is this a bug or something?

I Think it is becouse of your team chemistry, its low and your players don't like each other or they are not don't like the schedule: you have to many off-days, or team events, or what ever.

Aside from possible issues with team chemistry, NBA Live is sometimes unpredictable when it comes to simulating games. In the old days, if you assembled a stacked team you'd stand an excellent chance of going 82-0 during simulation (or close to it) and then pretty much sweeping your way through the Playoffs to the championship. It's not as straightforward these days.

Sometimes simulating is a bad idea... if you want you can simulate 3 quarters
and make a huge comeback at the 4th. That happens to me my team rating is about 79-82% but i still manage to beat 90% teams

Chicago Bulls
2005-2006 = 72-10 WS:15 - NBA Champions
2006-2007 = 63-19 WS:9 - NBA Champions
2007-2008 = 24-0 WS:24 - N/A

True, if you enjoy playing the games at all it's usually worth using Sim Intervention and at least playing the fourth quarter so less is left up to chance without requiring you to commit time to play a full game.

Shit... My Bryant retired already.. Everybodys getting older.

Its just......

Its just really taking matters in your own hands..... remember its not only the players that count in the team... its also the coaches and the staff..... run practices, schedule team events, etc.

I completed only once the 25 years of dynasty, I did it playing the last three periods

Short of playing the reduced schedules (which is no longer possible, anyway) and two minute quarters, I don't think anyone could complete a 25 year Dynasty without simulating, especially if you weren't sticking with one game in the series.

Its 2019 and I won playoff Champion six times now... And I never played it,simulate them all.. Even on scenarios, I just click simulate.

For all the complexity they introduced into the game, one thing remains the same, the AI can make good trades.

I'm just starting to play '08, but while using the Lakers team I was able to acquire Mike Conley, Al Horford and Al jefferson to go with the big three. After another season I ws able to trade Odom for Melo and send radman for Marvin Williams and on my third year, I was able to trade Al jefferson +high rating useless simmed player for Chris Paul. Then traded Chris Mihm, Damon Jones + scrub for Joachim Noah. So the depth chart looks like this:

Bynum/Noah
Gasol/Horford
Melo/Williams/kleiza
Bryant/Nick Young
Paul/Conley/Farmar

Now before I acquired Chris Paul, I was loosing around 50% of the games. After the trade I am loosing to only a few of the elite teams. In real life, a combo of Duncan, Bryant and Melo would probably be a foundation of a dynasty, but in the game you need to round off your players. So now I only have to play something like 4-5 games per month to reach my goal of a perfect record. haha. Now my only dilemma is to patch the backup SG guard spot with a future star, and I'd have a solid team for the next 5-7 years.

yeah i think its your team chemistry. Also you should train carmelo because he never gets to high 90's. he usually gets to about 94 and then his rating drops. work on his offense because his shooting ratings will go up alot. good luck.
