shiny faces

I have an old updated face from last year of the recently signed Loren Woods and I added it to the game, but in the game it is very shiny. I know ea did this to some of the players in this years game like Alando Tucker but I'm just wondering how I could fix this myself.

Maybe the alpha is missing. Check that with fshx.
