No. I deleted files which i need. But the disk is broken.

u can download any roster, install it and u will have a new sgsm folder

Sorry, uploading those entire folders is against the Forum rules as it facilitates piracy.
If the disc is scratched, you might want to try a CD/DVD repair kit. If the damage is too extensive usually there's not much you can do but I've had a couple of lightly scratched discs that I've managed to repair in the past.
Alternatively, you could contact EA Sports about a replacement under warranty. If you bought it from a place like EB Games that offers lifetime guarantees on games you buy for a small fee (and as long as you can show proof of purchase), you might be able to exchange it. Otherwise, you could pick up a cheap copy off Amazon or eBay if you really wanted.
