Lots of small problems

Mon Dec 17, 2007 7:44 am

I got a lot of small problems like:
- i can't choose any biceps accessory for players (like shooting sleeves)
- i can't choose higher resolution then 1024x768
- i'm missing a lot of alternate jerseys (like "Gold" Washington which Arenas is wearing on the cover and "Red" New Jersey)
- players are missing headshapes most of them can't wear headbands.
- can't find a button to "turn on" the hot spot's (i tried all of them, on my joypad) and i can't find any on the "configure control" screen.
re they only mine problems? Becouse you know i feel like i got demo version or something :)

PS
I got the original PC Version

My config:
geForce Go 7400 (maybe the reaseon of the resolution)
Intel Cetrino duo 1,66Mhz
1Gb ram
exactly: Hp Pavilion dv6000

Please help me out or just tell me that i ain't got robbed :)

The button to turn hot spots on is the left stick, you have to push it down for like a couple seconds. Some of the other problems you have I don't know about.

There is a fix for the bicep problem in 08 announcements. Look for a thread made by Glen.

The game has an issue with allowing certain resolutions. It seems to have support for up to 1680x1050, which is the resolution of my monitor, but I can't select it. Check the custom resolution tutorial thread that is stickied at the top of the 08 Patching section of the forum.

Sounds like the 'missing headshape' is really the edit player bug where players are displayed with a generic headshape instead of their correct one. This bug does not translate into in-game gameplay, though.

Thanks pdub for your help. I still got problems with hot spots becouse the analog button isn't working but i think that something is wrong with my gamepad. :)
Once again thanks a lot for your help.

When you go to edit controller, the Crossover thing should be blank, cuz thats your left analog-stick. It didnt work for me before I made a new controller-setup, just switching shoulder-buttons for sprinting, direct-pass and alley-oop.
