I have in NBA live 08 the same problem with Renaldo Balkman in NBA live 07, but with more players. No head for R. Morris, C. Hayes, Amirr Johnson, etc. Even the hands of Tracy McGrady are white (like he's wearing gloves).
How can I fix this problem? Could be a roster update the reason for this problem? Do I have to add a face update for every player that is missing his head?

Either the roster update you're using lacks the required art, or the art hasn't been installed properly. If you're using the NLSC update, please consult the Faces Troubleshooting.txt document for more information on how to fix the problem.
