The trade deadline arrived, right? Still there are trades popping up.
If all trades are done what will teams be allowed to do?
Sign free agents? Send players to D-League, recall players from D-League?
I need to know this for my Live 2005 roster patch. M. Almond currently plays in the D-League. Should I still put him on Utah's roster or put him in the free agents pool?
Will teams still be allowed e.g. to waive player 1 and sign a free agent?

Well, trades are popping up, because they were submitted before the deadline, but not announced immediately. Players can be waived, signed, recalled from D-League, or whatever until the playoffs if I'm not mistaken.
Also, I thought there was a rule that you could sign and trade players during the playoffs if you aren't participating in them.

Ok, thank you.

The teams can also get extensions from the league. If they contact the league and inform them of the trade and that they are haggling on the details, the league will usually grant them a 24 hour extension to complete the trade working out the details. The media usually finds out about it before then, so it's announced with the others, even if it is not "official" until the league finalizes paperwork.
You cannot sign players during the playoffs. But teams not in the playoffs can make trades with each other.

Those players are still on an NBA team roster, they're not Free Agents. As I said in your other thread, I prefer to place them on the last IR slot in the roster updates unless another player is out for the season, in which case they occupy the final IR spot.
