where do you go to edit team specific ratings, like the ones playmaker used. Im on ps3 by the way

Playmakers NEXT GEN NBA Live sliders/playbooks/player edits........this thread shows edits to team specific ratings...im wondering how you edit each team...where in the menu do you go to do this?

edit each teams ratings? as in overall ratings?
