install roster updates.

I know this might be a pretty studpi queswtion, but since I'm new to the ps3 I need to know how to install roster updates.

Here are the instructions on the update.

Instructions:
• Unrar the data. (Keep the "PS3" folder and file structure intact.)
• Save the data to a device with sufficient space, such as a USB flash drive.
• Plug the device into an open PlayStation 3 port, such as a USB port.
• Copy the data to your PlayStation 3's Saved Data Utility hard disk space.
• Start NBA Live 08 and load the rosters as normal.
• Enjoy!

I put the files on my USB fine after I unrar them. I plug it into the USB port of the ps3. Then I copy the data from the USB to the PS3's SDU. However when I go to load the roster nothing appears.

If anyone has an idea of what I could be doing wrong please let me know. The answer is probably obvious, but I'm not seeing it. lol.
