How to activate alternate jerseys?

How can I activate the 76ers, Bobcats, Wizards, Nets, Jazz alternate jerseys? (red, Blue, gold, red, and light blue)

heres what i did to get them.
1.download any roster you want.
2.download the all in one roster update by thenextlebron
3.download db viewer 2000, just search it on google.
4. open the teamgear.dbf in the all in one roster update
5. got to the column in the db viewer where it says ISUNLOCKED
6. change all of the 0 to 1
7.now replace the teamgear.dbf with your roster's one
It Should Work. The only problem is when you go to the jersey selection screen the alternate will show up blue. In order to fix that use the preview file from 2007 and placed it in the SGSM folder. jerseys~wa~wa_serd.big

It worked on every team except Philly. I still cant get the alternate 76ers(red).
