Changing Body Size

Marcus Williams(Nets) is fairly large in this game, but in real life isn't that big. I tried using the dbf to edit his body size but nothing happen. Did I do something wrong or can you not change it?

You can certainly change a player's bodytype in appearance.dbf. Did you edit the correct DBF file? If you're editing a Dynasty in progress, you need to edit the dbf files located in the correct save folder (the same goes for editing saved rosters). Note that any changes you make a file not associated with a saved Dynasty will not affect a Dynasty in progress.

Is the player ID same as appearance ID? I changed it for my roster but nothing happen to Marcus Williams, hes still big.

Ive found that Williams is too large also. I cant seem to charge his large body size either. Yet when I noticed that Ron Artest was also too large I was able to fix him like you said. Randy Foye is also too large.

Yes, it's the same.

Note for players like Randy Foye and Marcus Williams, they have two entries in the database as they appear once on their regular teams and are also available on the Sophomore team by default. You'll need to change both entries to update the appearance for each of their instances in the rosters.
