problem online

I have a problem when i play online game ip - ip, and i believe that is my vista. The game shutdown as much 2 min. Anybody knows how resolve this problem?
also i use patchnba08 (slides and playbooks), but i dont think this be the problem

i dont know, i have the same exact promblem. Ecept with mine, it shut downs before the ref, even has time to throw up the ball!!!
But i did find out, people cheat by plugging out their modems, so you get a automatic loss. Play a person with higher ping. You should be fine.
And dont play high rated players, players that have ratings, such as 1900, or 1800, will quit.
