problem help please

i have downloaded fshx and i dont know where i have to put it?
can someone tell me

you dont have to put it anywhere, just open it and browse for the .fsh files. if this doesnt work, try to put it where the .fsh files you want to edit are located.

run it, and then open fsh files to export or import textures modded in photoshop (cyberfaces for example)
