that would require next gent graphics mate, needing things like a pixel shader and shit, its not possible and if anyone can do it they should be making games

yup it is really hard to make a moving jerseys in 08 pc ive tried to use some codes in the exe of the ps2 and the pc but it seems it doesnt work.
