is there anywhere i can als0 find these manually? i d0nt kn0 h0w t0o d0wnl0ad any 0f the editz etc.. plz help..

If you download one of the PC updates, you can open up players.dbf with MS Access, MS Excel or DB Commander and view the updated ratings. You can then edit the players in the PS2 version accordingly.
