The game crashes when i in action replay and Free Throw

Guys help me.. i added classic teams from nba live 07 to my 08.. this addon is for my personal use only.. the game is working (i can play).. but when michael jordan perform a beautiful shot the game will replay it.. and then the game will crash.. and it also occurs during freethrow situations. when the player from addon team will take freethrow the game will crash also.. what can i do to fix it??
