National players in Free Agents (ROSTER)

Can someone make a roster with National players in free agents? (if it possible) .

Yes, please! I'd love to be able to sign the players in Dynasty mode that I enjoyed playing in FIBA mode. Someone please put the international players in the FA list that aren't already on NBA teams.
