Is there any way to turn off Hot Spots?

Hi everyone, its my first post! I hope to contribute to this board with some patches once i get underway, just got the game and new computer that can run it.

I am annoyed by Hot Spots, is there any way to turn them off? they turn on randomly and make everything colorful blue and red. Thanks guys!

stop clicking the analogs... that should fix it

Yes, that will fix it! I have not notice much issue with hotspot because I just don't make any use of it.
