Rosters for online play

Been doing this for years...
Rosters used in an online league, designed specifically for pvp play, with preventing abuse and upgrading defense as the main priorities
seems like this years version will make the game quite playable
currently at beta 5
based on ryan's and jimmy's roster (the added players) - use the sgsm from those files

just to let you know, this year we'll play on action (a bit more blocks and triples), game speed is 30, 4x5 min quarters

to do list
fatigue/stamina - probably won't work really well, as with TO and end of quarters stamina goes back to full, so you can actually play whole game with your first team
some player vs player adjustments
figuring out the hotspots (ie another stupid addition that didn't bring anything at all to the game), currently all on 75... I'm thinking about bringing it to 80, 85 and maybe to 95 beyond the line
correcting some player positions
