Why a 7300gt? When you have a core2duo? Might aswell get atleast a 7600gt or 8600gt. Both systems are indenticle just the mobo i would pick the mobo that has more features to it and as for the ram pick corsair

corsair comes with a lifetime warrenty to memory... kingston is a cheaper version.. althought ive used kingston alot over the years.. no worries... but id get the corsair tbh.

ok.. i'll have to go with corsair i guess. with the mobo, which do you prefer? msi or asus? both can run processors with 1333mhz fsb. but msi ram technology only supprots ddr2 667 and 800 unlike asus which supports ddr2 533 to 1066... however the msi mobo is much cheaper.

edit:
my concern on the mobo is its stability. which of these 2 is better?
