How do I download the roster? I've never done it before. I need all the details.

Which roster have you downloaded ?
If you have downloaded IRPT's, here are the instructions:
Extract folders. Then:
- Click on & install "part1.exe". This will install rosters into your NBA Live 08 folder which is located in "my documents" folder. e.g.
After finished,
- Click on & install "part2.exe". This will install missing players & other datas into your main NBA Live 08 folder which is located where you installed your game. e.g.C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 08
- Finally, go in the game, click on "Load/Save" and load the roster !
That's all !
