Can someone tell me what I have to do to set the practice gym of NBA Live 08 to the Dallas Mavs court?

Go to \NBA LIVE 08\sgsm\stadia\ and open dall.viv. Export the files that start with 'dall' to the \sgsm\ folder. Then rename them to start with 'prac' instead.

Unfortunately I´m not able to download "EAzip" from nba-live.com, it says "only 1 connection per IP" or something like that!
Can someone please upload it to rapidshare.com or another filehoster?

By the way, the bandwidth thing works for me as long as I've only got one tab open.
