Does NBA Live 08 crashes in the french version?

I'm curious to know if the French's version crashes to desktop too
Assuming that this version has french commentary, maybe it doesn't crashes...

Anyone in here got the french Nba live 08?

If it doesn't crash, we could try using the .exe from this versions...

Localized commentary? Are you sure?

I don't think the problem is caused by the commentary. If it is, anyway, using another .exe won't help IMHO because the audio data should have a separate "pack" file.

PC DVD is multi, french commentaries from Eric Besnard & Georges Eddy are in.
btw, that's not the point.

Well I know there is a multi version, but in many cases (e.g. the italian ver afaik) the comms are still the original ones by Marv Albert & Steve Kerr. I was a little surprised.

Btw I DID answered your question: the CTD problem seems to be a cut-scenes bug, so most likely every vers has it because that's not something you can "localize"

sure, here in France those 2 guys are quite famous, so it does worth to let them comment the game

usually ea messes the commentary up and they end up saying stuff not relevant to gameplay action...

fake american accent? he is american, that's why
