Just curious..

How many hours a day do you guys spend watching TV?
How bout playing games or online??

I was just wondering what the deal with that was.
Personally I spend about 5-6 hours a night on tv/computer, sometimes during the day when I don't work but yea I spend a huge chunk of my day doing this shit. How about you guys?

I wake up, I check if I have any messages on MSN. (Time difference with Curacao/Holland.)

I proceed to have my bowl of cereal in front of the PC, checking the forums, some comics I read and some news sites. Then I brush, shower & get ready for school. At school if I'm free or just really bored, I sometimes grab a PC and check what's happening on the forums or read bash.org.

I come home from school, change and head off to the gym or to work. Then I come home again, if I'm having dinner, I just browse what's on TV. (I usually eat alone given I get home around 9'ish)...so I eat and just watch a show like Two & a half Men, Friends or something a little comedy'ish. Not more than half an hour (I'm done with dinner within half an hour.)

Then I head off to my room where I listen to music, talk to folks on MSN, browse the web, read up on shit for the next day etc. I don't really watch TV anymore.

lets see, i spend about 2-3 hours every work night(m-f) online playing poker. sometimes on the weekends i will spend upwards of 6-8 hours online in poker tournements

Eh, on work days I generally spend about 30 minutes online, checking my e-mail and just browsing around before I leave for work. At work, depending on my schedule, I can generally get another 30 minutes of internet browsing/talking to friends in. Then I get home, spend 30 minutes or so either online or watching TV to unwind before I head to the gym. When I get home, I'll watch 30 - 60 minutes of SportsCenter or PTI or whatever's on ESPN as I make/eat dinner, and then I'll either watch a baseball/college football game that's on mid-week, and if nothing's on, I may play an hour of Xbox 360 or so before I toss The Daily Show/Colbert Report on and fall asleep sometime during either of them. On the weekends, during football season, I watch 10+ hours of football a day on TV.

I live in Holland for now.

On workdays, I probably spend at least an hour a day online, between one and two hours playing on my other PC, and maybe an hour max watching TV, there usually isn't shit anyway (except tonite which is South Park night ). I usually stop after Daily Show/Colbert Report, and do some other shit after that.
Considering I'm in front of a screen all day long anyway, I certainly spend way too much on computers overall, and not enough time with my wife...

by the way its_asdf types when he gets drunk, it's probably a good idea to do that. i added him today

I hate to burst your bubble, but I don't plan on getting drunk any time soon. Even if I do, it'll probably be a "once in a blue moon" kind of thing that I'll go on my computer. Drex just happened to be my victim of that night.

Outside of Chuck, The Office and a few odd sports events I barely ever watch tv. I'd that while I am home I spend around 66.6% of my time on the PC.

Yeah EA invites all the nominees, plus Andrew to their headquarters in early January. It's a really nice ceremonial thing. And a great night. Or so i've heard.

No one ever told me! Then again, I didn't have a favorite mod when I was here for a week. I sure hope he accepts a 5 month late nominee.
