guys, i just had s phone talk with EA branch in Russia - they said that 08 gonna be released in EUROPE at 4-th 5-th of october! so i think i' gonna play it on weekend!!YYYYYEEEEAAAHHHH!!!!

So in few days time in EUrope we will have PC version..?

Probably not the PC version but quite likely the console versions.

Well, there are so many mixed messages that I won't even bother going to the store here in Finland before I see someone that actually has it on the PC...

I'll go see it then. Hopefully it will be soon... That's all we have, hope!

I'd be quite happy to be proven wrong about October 30th being the release date for the PC version but for now I'm inclined to believe that will be the case.

I don't have any specific dates, you'd be best off asking your local stores, but there's usually anything from a week to a month's delay for those of us outside the US and Canada.

Andrew, i'm talking bout PC ver., cuz i've asked mamager thriugh the phone call a few times - IS HE SURE BOUT VERSION, he replied - YES, I'M GIVIN' U INFO BOUT PC VERSION ONLY!

Well, if I'm wrong then I'm wrong but it just seems highly unlikely given that the PC version isn't slated for release until October 30th in North America. I guess we'll soon find out and if we don't have to wait until late October, so much the better.

Did You ask about PC version or other?

It is, of course, POSSIBLE that the PC version may come out early, but it is extremely doubtful. I mean, honestly, EB Games (US) and EA are all still firmly stating that Oct. 30 is the day for PC. Like I said before, you'll know in a couple of days or tomorrow... depending on which day you want to believe...

I really think it is just a matter of websites not updating after the announcement of the PC delay.

But I wont complain if another country gets it this week

everything i been seein say oct 2nd (tomorrow) for US for pc version. including nba live's own website had it stated. plus commericals. i just saw tonite that u can pre-download it and it will be released (direct download) at 2:00:00 CDT

so we'll wait and c! i've got a copla guys, who can bring me the game in the day or two after it first release! that was last year and the year before! i've had live after 2 days after official release! so i'm waiting!

so if u buy the downloadable version u can play it already since is october 2th? did anybody try?

i went to Eb.....they have the boxes on the shelves under "coming soon" so im assuming the game is in stock and they are awaiting a release date which should be soon.

I just contacted my most visited store,they said nba live 08 will come in our area maybe in the nov.20's or late nov's.I'm really getting excited.

be wary of the ea sports website. it says the game is available for download but you cant download it until the official pc release date of oct. 30

another site had a Oct 4th rel date for PC in Australia, so i'll check that out on Thurs as i'll be passing EB games.
