Almost All the way down. I think the game looks smoother when you do it. A lot of the dunks and alley oops looked better after I did this, and the game feels more realistic. I wonder if you can turn up player acceleration in the full version. I recorded some vids of me playin with the slower speed.

That explains it. I'm looking at how easy it is to score, but other than the semi-robotic passing, it looks fairly decent. I'll rent the game, at least to just try it out, but I don't see how this game will surpass 2K8 in terms of gameplay and animations.

I actually increased the speed and thought it looked a lot better than the default.

I think it looks much better with the slow down version.

I honestly thought that video looked better/more realistic (aside from the easy scoring) than the 2K8 ones I've seen. I've been a borderline 2K fanboy for a few years now, but I can't say I've been as impressed with the new videos as alot of others.

I should try that, I didn't care for 2k7 much for a few reasons, but for me (unlike most people) I actually love the 2k8 demo and am having fun with it (on ps3), but I also love the live demo (I never changed the gameplay speed though), it'll be a tough decision which game to choose though.

what is the slider set at? Is it all the way 0, or is it 1/4, or what?

Close to zero, it's not all the way down tho, maybe like 7 ticks up from 0
