The countdown in on! Who can't wait for the new season?

Me! Only 10 more days to go!

Eh, I'm still not too thrilled about the new cast. I mean I didn't care too much for Chase and Cameron was expendable too, but the fact that Foreman left is depressing.
Hopefully the addition of Kal Penn brings more Indian jokes to make up for the Black ones.

Does Foreman actually leave? Because according to
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004898/, Omar Epps has the first episode of season 4 to his credit, something that wouldn't be done for someone who is leaving for good (eg. Dylan Bruno in Numb3rs).

I thought when Foreman said he quit, it doesn't necessarily mean he's gone. He might have a change of heart, and decide to stay. Looking forward to the new season though, but I hope they don't pull that Detective Tritter crap again.

Man I don't know but if Omar Epps is no longer a part of it I probably won't continue watching...

Well, I just watched the first episode, and I can't excatly say I'm very excited for the the next one. I does seem like Epps, Morrison, and Spencer (Foreman, Cameron, and Chase for all those who don't know) are gone as House goes and tries to hire a new team. No sign of Kal Penn yeet, though.
Thu Sep 27, 2007 4:32 am
It's interesting how the intro listed Epps, Morrison and Spencer and even showed House walking with them for that split second at the end of the intro. It's kind of weird not to see them, but at the same time I actually enjoyed more Dr. Wilson and Dr. Cuddy, as well as the "suspense" to see who the new team will be, but I'm still expecting the old team to be back somehow.
Thu Sep 27, 2007 3:51 pm
I'm kinda suprised at how they didn't changed the intro. They're all getting credit for the show, but just not showing up. Might actually mean they will come back after a while. More Cuddy and Wilson isn't bad, and what House was doing to get someone to bounce ideas off (screaming in a middle of a hospital and asking a janitor, classic) was great.

Just finished watching the second episode.
I thought it was a pretty good episode, but a bit confusing. Well, Cameron and Chase are still there, wonder if they're gonna be back or just going to be "there" in the hospital to help House out sometimes. But I don't know about Foreman.
Thu Oct 04, 2007 6:08 am
I think they're just going to be "there" for now, and I don't think House will ever hire assistants but rather get the trio back. I don't think he imagined Foreman. I think it's another game that Wilson and even Cuddy is pulling on House's indifference.
Thu Oct 04, 2007 9:47 am
But Cuddy never lies. Only Wilson plays games on House. It would be pretty wierd with just Chase and Cameron.
BTW, is there going to be a new episode next week?
Thu Oct 11, 2007 10:23 am
I guess there is, then. Foreman fired, wow. I guess all that stuff about hiring new staff is bull. All three could come back.
Thu Oct 11, 2007 10:51 am
Nope, there was an article that I stupidly clicked on that says they've decided on the three new permanent staff. Semi-luckily, I didn't read it, but I know who one of them is because they also showed a picture

Based on the last episode, I think I know who the other person is. I think Foreman, Chase, and Cameron are sticking around, though, I'm not sure why they're sticking with having so many characters when the regular cast could be around.
I thought last episode was great. A lot of attention to medical discussions, and quite a thriller especially near the end. A good episode, and looking forward to the next one.

Do you have a link? I don't mind spoilers.
If they stay, that will be what, 9 main characters. Wow, that will be hectic.
Stupid preview. They played it during NCIS and I thought House got stabbed. I sure hope they don't make a habit of getting the patients to die, though. But I guess they're answering the critics who say this show sucks because you know what is always going to happen (patient comes in with mysterious illness, House cures it, patient goes home healthy).
Fri Oct 12, 2007 4:43 am
I saw it on
www.zap2it.com, but not sure if it's still there, sorry.
I wouldn't say 9 main characters.. more like 1 main character and 8 supporting roles hehe
For the preview, I thought House got stabbed too until I saw the guy stick the knife in the socket, then I figured that House must've done the same. Bah, I don't mind the formula of mysterious illness, House cures it, and patient goes home healthy. It's no different from Law & Order: someone gets killed, find killer, solve case.

Thanks! I'd don't suppose you'd want me to tell you.
I don't really care that much about the same format either. I hate seeing anyone die in any show, unless the bad guys.

Or any other detective shows for that matter. Same reason I got tired of watching all three CSI shows.

Looks like Foreman's back. This is good news for dramacydal and NJNetsFan. I'm interested to see what becomes of the new cast and the old cast now that they're all making appearances in every show.
