I run 15 - 20 miles per week and lift 5 days a week at Gold's Gym.

Nope, I don't.
Between 20 credits of school, 30 hrs. of work a week, a 3 1/2 year old daughter, and a wife who is 9 months pregnant I really don't have time.

I didn't till too long ago. I used to play ball on the island, came here, got depressed and fat and that got me more depressed.
Anyways, I started getting less attention from girls than I'd like and I came to the conclusion that women are just as shallow as men are. I figured they fall for the corny romantic shit, they do...if you aren't fat.
Seriously though, there was a huge difference. When I'd come I wasn't so fat...then I still got a lot of the attention I wanted, as soon as I became fat it was as if I didn't exsist. Bitches.
Uhm, back to the subject...
Yes, I work out. I joined a gym a few months ago (something I'd sworn I'd never do) but as soon as I saw the fat melting off of me, I was hooked. Plus it's kind of like a drug...to see how much bigger I can get my chest or my back or my arms or my legs...just curiousity I suppose. Plus it helps get you noticed. Something I did miss.
I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. I usually do achieve that. Mentally I say I'll go 5, but due to school, work, this girl I'm seeing, it's not always a realistic possibility.
Although I've managed to incorporate it pretty well given my gym is open from 7 a.m. till 11 p.m., which really is great for me.
I usually have school till no later than 2.30 to 3 p.m. (till now). So I manage to go for atleast 2 hours. On the days I'm working I have to cut it short to 1.5 hours (Monday, Wednesday) but that's alright, I just rest less between sets.
What I do at the gym, I'm on the cross trainer for 30 minutes (warm up of sorts, plus it burns off 400 calories every time I'm on it), then I move on to do three sets of excersizes for my chest, back, shoulders, arms. On Saturday's I work on my legs given I don't think they needed as much work as my upper body. I'm looking in to splitting my workouts in to targetted muscle group workouts though, which will let me do a three day cycle. I spoke to Cy about this on MSN. I'll check it out on Friday I think.
I started off at 93 kg's and 24-25% BF, I checked my weight this morning and it's at 78 kg's. I had my BF% tested recently too and that's at 16%. My goal is to get it down a bit more than that.
Damn stomach just refuses to go away, that's what beer and BBQ/grilled food does to you. Oh...I've cut out all alcoholic beverages since I began working out too, that really does help. I was drinking 5-6 beers every Saturday.

I used to work out every M W and F but not even the prospect of hot girls at the gym can motivate me to go there at 7 AM every morning.

So then don't go at 7 a.m.
I used to during the summer, quite calming. Now I go in the afternoons and that's why I don't mind being on a cross trainer for 30 minutes. Eye candy.

I like working out at 7 AM because there are less people and I don't have to wait to use equipment. I don't like the gym when it gets crowded in the afternoons and nights.
