Steve Kerr

Now that he'll be GM of Phoenix Suns.. Who do you think will replace him as Marv Albert's co-commentator in NBA Live 08? I will sure miss his funny and sometimes out of this world comments. I'm imagining EA getting rattled by this news haha! "Oh my gosh! Steve Kerr accepted the GM position! It means we can't use his voice from NBA Live 06 and 07.. and we have to find another guy. We have to work all over again! And we should release NBA Live 08 by September! Can we do it? Can we do it? Leave the bugs. We need a new announcer!" (HAHAHAHA)

I guess it depends on whether they've recorded his commentary yet or whether he's still signed to provide commentary for NBA Live 08. I would assume that if he is not featured they'll use another prominent announcer from TNT (Doug Collins, perhaps) or maybe they'll mix-and-match with someone from ESPN since they've got the exclusive license.

Get the Czar back. Or maybe Barkley

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if Fratello was teamed up with Marv again if Kerr is out.

Yeah, it would be great if it was Barkley! (but it won't happen because they are with espn...)

I think that it's too late to record new commentary, so they might go with Kerr one more year before changing it.

The Barkley option sounds pretty unlikely.
I guess Doug Collins could be the replacement.
The comments were pretty much the only thing I really liked with Live '07, it's too bad if we won't be able to hear Albert/Kerr again...

i might be wrong but i am gonna guess they probably already started recording with kerr, though like i said i could be wrong.

You should be able to select which commentators to use!

They could also use one of the guys from the dunk contest commentary if they are unable to use Kerr.
