08 Dynasty team

Im gonna go with my Nuggets again this year, Martin will be dealt and possibly AI, i wanna make them a young athletic team.

I just remembered you talking about that when I read your post about trading Pierce over in NBA Talk. Getting them both is going to be quite a feat but if you're giving up Pierce at least one of them should come easy.

yeah i am gonna have to ship pierce to one of them, hopefully portland and i can somehow steal another one of thier young guys too in a trade that would never happen in real life lol.

Since NBA Live 04.. I was playing 2 teams.. One East and one west.. This year.. I will play Chicago Bulls and Memphis Grizzlies..

As I said towards the start of this topic, I am going to use the Blazers. I wasn't going to get Live 08 because I was disappointed with 07 and didn't really care about next season. But now that we have the number 1 pick, I AM DEFINATELY BUYING THIS GAME! Should be great fun.

Greg Oden should be rated 90 overall on Live 08

I bet he'll be 1 or 2 more than Durant, like 80 or 81. But Portland and Seattle are gonna be popular with Oden and Durant, everyone wants to try playing with the new guys.

yeah, i love playing with the rookies, though i can never ditch my celtics, so i just exploit the game and make trades to get them lol

I hope so because in 05 I picked Seattle. in 06 I picked Charlotte and in 07 right now i picked Minnesota to GM. I was going to go with the bucks hoping that they got Durant but now I may have to make some moves to get Durant in milwaukee unless they let you do the draft over again. Although Jeff Green I don't think will be too bad so I may just end up going with the bucks in 08 after all.

I'm going to go with Milwaukee in Live 08 and I wanna know what trades should I pull to land Durant in Milwaukee. I know we don't know who milwaukee is going to draft but i am going to assume Jeff Green or Corey Brewer so what trade should I do to land durant in milwaukee with Redd.

It's hard to say without knowing how everyone will be rated in NBA Live 08 but I'd expect you'll need to give up a key player from your rotation, perhaps someone like Villanueva.

i'm probably gonna wait till the opening day rosters before i play with Detroit. However, i will start immediately with the Magic, and 1st order of business is to acquire Carlos Delfino.

I will take the Cavs, and then try to trade for Oden

I will allways start a dynasty with my team, tha lakers. Only if Kobe stays, though. Then i'll randomize the draft to get a top two pick and pick either Oden or Durant(The one whos left. Then i'll probably trade Odom for Durant or Oden(The one i couldn't draft)

I'm kind of a freak....I like to start with a clean slate.

So I'll use the Knicks and do fantasy draft, draft the absolute worst team and go from there. Building through the draft, FA and trades.

why this draft changed my whole outlook on who I am going to pick. I would have picked Milwaukee if Durant would have landed there but now with Ray Allen and Paul Pierce I am going to go with the celtics and build a dynasty around them. Atlanta would be another team i would consider but consider that the celtics are my second favorite team and were an underdog last year i will pick the celtics now.

CELTICS, because of pierce and allen, but idk im leanin towards the blazers, because i think that now that steve francis is gonna get some burn he might make a comeback, especially wit greg oden on his team
