I'd rather have Chris Mullin (in his Dream Team prime) on my team than Stockton.
Talent wise, I think that's a pretty good comparison but Chris did have some alcohol problems (eerily similar to those of Vin Baker's) a little while before the 92 Olympics and that would deter me from picking him over Stock.

I thought Mullin's problems with alcohol were earlier in his career, and he had gotten back on track by the 91/92 season (and 1992 Olympics)?

They were in the very late 80's Maybe the 88-89 season, I'm not completly sure. I know he was suspended for it though. He did recover by the Olympics but I would still have second thoughts about putting him on my team over Stock, a guy with more stable personality than Chris Mullin.
