Lineup's good but the bullpen's been horrible. Stupid BJ ... FUCK. I was at today's game too. :x

It wasn't really his fault though, he was throwing good, the ump just wouldn't call a strike. And a lot of those pitches were strikes for sure.

Bullpen and starting pitching has been great, lineup has been awful! Let's go bats, wake up.

Buerhle threw a no-hitter , and I know we have a few White Sox fans here...congrats. (Y)

YES! That's what I'm looking for. Atta boy Buerhle! I traded Garland, but Buerhle's going to be my boy this year ... hopefully. (Y)

I was at that game. Great, great outing by Mark. That was fun.

Fri Apr 20, 2007 8:10 am

Meh, still looking up at the Mighty Minnesota Twins in the standings.

Wow, A-Rod sure is making a point. Walk-off 3-run homerun for the Yankees tonight against the Indians, his 10th of this early season. Wow.

Sat Apr 21, 2007 11:34 am

2 homers for A-Rod already tonight. Wowwwwweeeeee!

2 straight wins over the Tigers without even playing well. We are going to win the World Series again, mark my words.

Hey Riot, how does it feel to finally not have the best bullpen in the division?

Wed Jun 13, 2007 11:45 am

Bump. Verlander throws a no-hitter!

Wed Jun 13, 2007 3:23 pm

Reds fucking suck. I haven't payed attention to them at all this season and all I know is that they are in last place. At least they brought up Homer Bailey. I wish he could be the future of our deteriorating franchise.

Fri Jun 15, 2007 10:40 am

Yankees win 9th in a row! Watch out, Red Sox (who are losing 6-0 to the Rockies thanks to a grand slam). That 8-game lead is slippinng fast.

Yes, the Reds do suck. But not as bad as Texas, though :D.

Fri Jun 15, 2007 11:26 am

Garrett Atkins finally producing for me. (Y)

Ah the Blue Jays. Just too many injuries to make a run ... plus Vernon Wells is sucking when he should be having a career year batting in front of Frank Thomas ... who is also sucking.

Sat Jun 16, 2007 5:01 am

Did anyone expect Vernon to produce after he got that 100 million or so contract for 7 years?

If I were him, I would just relax until 6 years later to get another big contract. Good thing Rios and Hill are producing...or the Blue Jays would be worse than the Devil Rays.

Amazing how the team has done a total 180 since this post.

We still play poorly, but don't win. We also have the worst bullpen in baseball now.

Aubrey Huff hits the cycle!

Wow, Huff was the second last person I excepted to hit the cycle (next to Bengie Molina, of course).

Ichiro signs a 25 year contract ! If I'm not wrong, it's only a four-year deal, but the M's pay what they owe him until 2032. He gets a nice new car and some housing allowance too.

Not really about the MLB but Jesus Christ, I just found out about this.

So sad.

The game between the Double-A Drillers and Arkansas Travelers was suspended in the ninth inning Sunday after Coolbaugh was hit by a foul ball off the bat of Tino Sanchez. He was taken to Baptist Medical Center-North Little Rock, where he was pronounced dead at 9:47 p.m.

That's horrible, imagine how that guy must feel right now.

Seriously...That is something that you will probably think about every day for the rest of your life.
