Thanks everyone.

Unfortunately, I have a problem. With the conversion of Andrews roster and having to use lookvod's 07 shoe patch in 05 to stop pink shoes, I get pink reflections (long story, but basically 05 shoe files and different to 07 shoe files) with them. So I have 3 choices:

1) Play with the pink reflections (in my opinion they ruin the screenshots)
2) Continue working on a way around it (although I'm quickly running out of options)
3) Turn reflections off and play without them (probably the best option, but reflections on the courts make the game look so much better)

I don't really know what to do. I will still be doing this dynasty but having bright pink spots all over my screens and during gameplay sorta takes the fun out of it, and takes away from the presentation. Any ideas?

I think you should go with the third. Maybe just photoshop the pic.. :D It's the best. No pink shoes. Just a bit lower graphics..

Continue 100% !!

Good news, I just came up with an idea and it worked well. I set every single players home shoe to the most generic white shoe I could find and every players away shoe to the most generic black shoe I could find. Unnoticable, plus no pink reflections. I'm a happy man. :D

Updates on the way!

    Bulls Sign Haislip, Drop Andriuskevicius

With training camp closing in, the Bulls have officially set their roster with the signing of 6-10 power forward Marcus Haislip who has been working out with the Bulls for almost a week now. Marcus impressed the coaching staff from day one according to Bulls officials and was a lock to make the roster after the first open scrimmage late last month.

Haislip was very happy with the decision. "I'm so happy to be back home. Playing overseas, in a place like Turkey with no family, friends, and another language being spoken was very hard for me. I owe alot to the Bulls orginization for bringing me back home and I will repay them with hard work and dedication." Hailsip said. When asked how big of a role Haislip will play this season, head coach Scott Skiles replied "We are not sure how we will utilize him yet. He has the chance to be a key player off our bench. If you look at the guys playing the same position - we have PJ, Mike, Malik and Tyrus. PJ won't play as many minutes this season as in the past and Tyrus is just a rookie. Marcus has plenty of opportunities to set his role on this team".

GM John Paxson also revealed that there was another free agent who they were after earlier, but was snatched up by the Knicks, Randolph Morris. Paxson said "He was somebody we were definately looking at. He's young, talented and could help us in many ways, but we hesitated and it cost us". Morris is well known for his loop hole entry to the NBA after going undrafted in the 2005 draft.

The Bulls training camp commences in less than two days as they look to set the tone for the 06/07 season.

Bulls Training Camp Closes, Look Ahead To Upcoming Season

The 2007 Chicago Bulls training camp has come to a close. Intense training to prepare the team for the upcoming season has helped many players improve their individual skills. Among the four points of training - shooting offence, defence and conditioning, Coach Scott Skiles decided to focus on both shooting and offence.

"We know we are a good defensive team, and we have plenty of athletes. I believe our team is up to scratch both defensively and athletically, so we decided to focus our attention on the offensive side of things this year." Skiles said of the recent camp.

The Bulls training camp resulted in good improvements in the focal points of the training sessions. Players to see notable improvement offensively were mainly the younger players that are newer to the NBA game. Recent signing Marcus Haislip proved he belonged, keeping up with the rest of the team despite a two year layoff of NBA basketball.

Chicago will have its first test on November 5th, when they are scheduled to host the New Jersey Nets at the United Center. The Nets have been one of the best Eastern Conference teams over the past 5 years and look to continue that trend this season.

Carter Posts 36, Bulls Lose Season Opener

    Nets 103 | Bulls 94

Vince Carter poured in 36 points for the New Jersey Nets on Friday as they beat the Bulls 103-94. The Nets seemed to have control from tip off, calmly making runs when the Bulls got close. Vince Carter was near unstopple offensively as Ben Gordon had no chance defending him. Only until Scott Skiles put Nocioni on Carter did he begin to cool down, but he had done too much damage. Key free throws down the stretch and solid man to man defence got the Nets the win as they improved to 2-0. The Bulls struggled to close the gap, as Ben Gordon tried putting Chicago on his shoulders and grab the lead in the fourth. Gordon played well late, but the rest of the Bulls couldn't step it up as they lost their season opener. Rookie Tyrus Thomas played very well in his first regular seaosn game, posting solid numbers around the board. Off season aqcuisition Ben Wallace also impressed with his well known rebounding and shot blocking skills as he lead the Bulls with 11 rebounds and 3 blocks.

Bulls Record First Win With Balanced Attack Over Pacers

    Bulls 117 | Pacers 113

Chicago picked up its first win of the season on the second night of a back-to-back against the Indiana Pacers at Conseco Fieldhouse Saturday. Kirk Hinrich led the way with 20 points and 6 assists on great shooting numbers as a balanced attack took down the Pacers. Six players scored in double figures for Chicago, including rookie Thabo Sefolosha who hit clutch free throws down the stretch to keep the Bulls ahead. Veteran Darrell Armstrong single handedly bought the Pacers back in the final minute with back-to-back 3's that cut the lead to just 2 at one point. Marcus Haislip and Thabo Sefolosha finished off the Pacers at the free throw line however and handed the Bulls their first win of the season. Ben Wallace had a huge night on the glass with 14 rebounds and also added 13 points and 3 blocks for the Bulls. Recent signing Marcus Haislip had a very good game in limited minutes, scoring 7 points on 2-2 shooting and also adding 3 rebounds as Chicago improved to 1-1 on the season.

Thanks looser and theKING (and the guys that posted in between my updates that I didn't have a chance to thank). I just tried to work on the neatness just now by making a margin on the side. I think it looks more proffesional. If anyone wants to know, to make that margin just add these tags:
text goes here
. I just found it out tonight, so anyone wondering, thats how you do it.

I've played the second week, updates on the way. One thing that annys me is that in typical Live fashion bench players get barely any minutes. I'm pretty familiar with simulation engine which I've played round with, but I'm lost when it comes to how the bench is used in sim games. That means when I intervene some games come the 3rd quarter the bench has barely been touched.

Phoenix Blows Out Bulls, Chicago Still Winless At Home

    Suns 112 | Bulls 89

Steve Nash picked apart the Bulls defence with some amazing plays Wednesday night. Nash had 11 assists as the Suns beat the Bulls at the United center by a big margin. The game was never close from the tip off as the Suns ran the Bulls out of their own building, resulting in 23 and 20 points respectively from both of Phoenix' All Star frontcourt of Amare Stoudemire and Shawn Marion. With the Bulls defence rendered useless by the two time MVP Steve Nash, the offence was left to do the work. Phoenix, the best offensive team in the league, blew out the balanced attack of the Bulls seemingly without breaking a sweat. Four players scored in double figures but non managed more than 15 as the Bulls record moved on to 1-2. Rookies Tyrus Thomas and Thabo Sefolosha played well once again and Thomas wowed the crowd with athletic blocked shots and dunks. Andres Nocioni failed to make an impact with just 5 points on 1-11 shooting, so Thomas had plenty of oppurtunities as Nocioni and PJ Brown played limited minutes.

    Brand Dominates, Clippers Down Bulls

    Clippers 122 | Bulls 115

The Bulls dropped their second straight Thursday and are now a depressing 0-3 at home. The Clippers put it together in the fourth quarter to down the Bulls, as Elton Brand went off for 32 points and 16 rebounds. The Bulls had no answer for Brand when Ben Wallace couldn't be aggresive enough due to foul trouble and the former Duke Blue Devil took full advantage against PJ Brown, Tyrus Thomas and Marcus Haislip. Ben Gordon's 26 points were not enough to cose the gap with four Clippers going over 20 points for the game. Shaun Livingston put on a show with 23 points and 7 assists on 8-13 shooting, using his unusually tall frame to dominate the small Chicago guards offensively. Tyrus Thomas scored 12 points along with 8 rebounds for the Bulls off the bench and Ben Wallace added a double-double despite early foul trouble. Chicago fans have something to look forward to as the first game of the next week comes against the 1-6 Sacramento Kings.

Oh the season allready started here, I missed that.

Gordon's play in the last game was very nice, through all the court. The team is not doing very well so far, only 1-3, but it shouldn't be a problem now. I think the team needs a little more time.

Thanks everyone. I spent most of the night coming up with a good Sim Engine update to get the bench to play more, I think I've got it (Y)

Glad you are enjoying the dynasty as much as I am.

By the way, out of curiuosity I simmed the rest of the season (didn't save) and no trades were made. I tried again and still none :|

I knew Live was notorious for shitty computer trades but this is just wrong. Hopefully it works when I play out the season.

Scoop, I loved that cross too, it was awesome.
